Job DescriptionManage video production processes for projects serving corporate memory (award applications, communication campaigns, event videos, etc.)Conduct shootings in line with scripts and content; perform editing, color grading, sound mixing, and motion graphicsCapture, edit, and deliver photographs for events, celebrations, and corporate contentEnsure systematic archiving of all visual content and provide quick access to past materialsTrack and maintain the inventory of video and photography equipmentKeep up with new technologies, identify needs, and provide guidance to the communications teamEnsure all work complies with Bosch Corporate Identity guidelines

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Visual Communication Design, Photography and Video, Film & Television, Graphic Design)Experienced in Sony camera systemsAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom)Strong technical knowledge in visual storytelling, editing, and post-production processesEffective communication skills and ability to collaborate with different departmentsStrong time management skills with the ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environmentCreative, solution-oriented, and open to feedback
