Video Readiness Manager

As a Video Readiness Manager in Home Lending, you lead the creative development and deployment of video and digital communications that prepare employees for change and drive business results. You collaborate with product teams and business leaders to deliver innovative content that enhances engagement and productivity. You champion accessibility, creativity, and continuous improvement in every project. You help us foster a culture of innovation and excellence in employee communications.

Job Responsibilities

Lead the design and rapid deployment of engaging video communications, tutorials, and educational materials for Home Lending initiatives Set the standard for visual storytelling and digital content across the organization Translate complex business strategies into clear, compelling video and multimedia communications Own the end-to-end creative process, ensuring all deliverables are brand-aligned and accessible Identify opportunities for creative content to support change management and employee readiness Mentor team members in best practices for video production and digital learning tools Collaborate with product teams, business leaders, and technology partners to deliver solutions with urgency and precision Manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced, agile environment Escalate high-risk issues and critical information to leadership with clarity and timeliness Demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and video editing/production software Ensure all content meets ADA and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or related field Experience designing, developing, and troubleshooting web, print, video, audio, graphic, and multimedia deliverables Proven ability to build digital learning templates and scalable creative solutions for large organizations Advanced skills in video creation, animation, and multimedia production Strong project management and leadership skills with a record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines Expertise in executive communications, including verbal, written, and presentation skills Deep understanding of customer and employee experience in financial services channels Highly creative, self-directed, and able to thrive in environments with ambiguity and frequent change Collaborative team player with strong influence and relationship-building skills Commitment to accessibility, inclusivity, and brand consistency in communications Proficiency in MS Office Suite (SharePoint, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) and video editing/production software

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Experience mentoring and guiding team members in video production and digital learning tools Familiarity with Home Lending operations and customer servicing applications Knowledge of Chase business channels, including Digital, IVR, Dialer, Telephony, and Call Recording Experience with ADA and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards Portfolio of impactful video and multimedia work Familiarity with basic analytics to measure and enhance communication effectiveness Experience working in agile environments and managing multiple projects simultaneously
