Principal duties and responsibilities:
Leads Support Services for the system and oversees day-to-day operations of same.Plans primary organizational outputs and participates in the establishment of organizational objectives.Encourages effective communication, productivity, quality, and individual responsibility.Seeks and maintains effective working relationships with internal business leaders as well as external organizations/vendors.Develops goals and budgets and conducts quarterly reviews to assess organizational performance and results.Establishes sound financial and efficiency goals for reporting departments.Education and experience requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Healthcare Leadership, Human Services, preferredMasters Degree preferredTen (10) years progressive experience in Support Services Departments, Environmental Services, and Patient Escort experience preferredChristianaCare is one of the country’s most multidimensional health systems, centered on improving health outcomes, making high-quality care more accessible and lowering health care costs.
