This is a Salaried position. Total Rewards at a Glance- VPs Overview POSITION SUMMARY: The Vice President of Support & Hospitality Services is responsible for overseeing and serving OSF operating units (campuses) such as Housekeeping, Security, FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), Linen management and other support services. Responsible for development and implementation of standards and key performance indicators. Develops and manages implementation of the for Facilities Support and Hospitality strategy for OSF Healthcare. Provides consulting services in areas of expertise to OSF clients as well as advisory services related to Joint Commission compliance, involvement in incidents involving property loss or damage and patient, personnel, or visitor injury. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or other related field Experience: Ten (10) years of professional experience in facility management or related area with at least five (5) years in healthcare. Working knowledge of facility services such as housekeeping, linen services, FF&E services and security operations. Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience developing operational budgets. Knowledge and understanding of building and health care codes, as adopted by the various jurisdictions and regulatory agencies, with the ability to research, interpret and apply to facets of Support Service & Hospitality. Licensure/ Certification: N/A Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
