We are seeking an accomplished VP - Strategy & Operations to lead organizational growth, operational excellence, and business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, partnering closely with the Founders and Executive Board to define and execute long-term business strategy.
This role demands a blend of strategic foresight, execution discipline, and people leadership to ensure profitable, scalable, and sustainable business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and execute organizational strategy to drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
P&L Ownership:
- Oversee end-to-end business performance and financial management across all business units.
Operational Excellence:
- Streamline and optimize core functions including Supply Chain, Customer Service, Marketing, and Fulfillment.
Process & Performance Management:
- Establish KPIs, monitor business performance, and drive data-backed decisions for efficiency and scalability.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with function heads to align operations with strategic objectives and customer expectations.
Culture & People Leadership:
- Inspire, mentor, and empower high-performing teams to deliver measurable business impact.
Business Expansion & Alliances:
- Support new market entry, M&A, and partnership opportunities that accelerate growth and diversification.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
- Identify emerging industry trends and opportunities to enhance customer value and competitive advantage.
Skills & Qualifications
- 15-20 years of experience in Strategy, Operations, or Business Leadership roles.
- Proven experience as a P&L owner or equivalent senior operational leader.
- Strong background in cross-functional leadership across operations, marketing, and supply chain.
- Prior experience in startups or scale-ups preferred - with the ability to be both strategic and hands-on.
- Deep analytical and financial acumen; proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive organizational transformation.
