Role & responsibilities:
Drive new logo acquisition by developing territory-specific hunting plans, building CXO-level relationships, and personally managing prospecting, pitching, and deal closures in key verticals. Collaborate with sales enablement and delivery teams to execute go-to-market strategies and support marketing campaigns, ABM, and targeted outreach. Maintain a disciplined sales funnel with accurate CRM management, sales forecasting, KPI tracking, and regular reporting to leadership. Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and providing coaching. Represent the company at industry events and client meetings to boost brand presence and business development.
Candidate requirements:
16 - 22 years of experience with the last 7+ years of experience selling digital, cloud, AI/ML solutions to Hi-Tech, Media, Communication, Manufacturing, BFSI, retail etc. Experience working with global delivery/offshore models. Proven ability to close large, complex deals and meet/exceed quotas. Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) Ability to work across time zones and manage virtual teams.
