We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Management team. This role will be based in Hong Kong.

We will count on you to:

Manage a portfolio of Large Multinational Clients, including insurance program renewal and daily client inquiriesUnderstand clients’ risk exposures and implement Marsh client servicing model to deliver insurance solutions and expand current client portfolio with new products, advisory services and other MMC servicesWork with Marsh placement, specialty, claims and risk consulting teams on insurance renewals and solutionsInteract regularly with clients and provide assistance with coverage questions and program adjustments; solves problems regarding client account issuesCoordination of Marsh network offices and ensure local service standards/goals are deliveredResponsible for assigned account profitability, budget and receivablesResponsible for implementation of the Marsh Professional Standard and guidelines for assigned accounts.Coaching other team members to deliver timely and focused customer service

What you need to have:

Bachelor degree holder in insurance, risk management or any relevant fieldIIQE or ANZIIF qualification is required10+ work experience in general insurance preferably underwriting backgroundSelling to hotel, manufacturer, logistic, telecommunication and retail industry is a plusProactive, responsible, detail-oriented, dedicated and flexibleDiligent and organized, good time management and efficientProficient in the use of the computer including MS Word, Excel and PowerPointExcellent written and spoken English and Chinese
