ADP is hiring a Vice President of Solutions within our Marketing organization.
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Solutions Marketing Leader to drive our marketing initiatives across a diverse range of functions. This role will be pivotal in shaping our go-to-market strategies and ensuring our solutions effectively meet the needs of our clients and the market. You will lead a talented team focused on Product Marketing and Industry Analyst Relations, engaging stakeholders at all levels to position our products effectively in a competitive landscape.

As the Vice President of Solutions, you will represent ADP’s product positioning to the market, represent solutions marketing reporting to the CMO and provide vision and leadership to a team of senior leaders.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: Responsibilities
STRATEGY AND APPROACH
Strategic Leadership:
Provide vision and leadership for a team of senior leaders charged with building data-driven product positioning and experiences. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals, drive revenue growth, and enhance brand positioning in the competitive HCM landscape.
Product Marketing:
Guide the product marketing team in crafting buyer-centric messaging and narratives for the full portfolio that resonate with target customers, emphasizing the unique value propositions of our solutions that span all aspects of HCM, all-sized clients and global geographies.
Industry Analyst Relations:
Foster strong relationships with industry analysts, ensuring our solutions are accurately represented and recognized in relevant reports and evaluations.
Team Development:
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence in executing marketing initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, product development, marketing and customer success teams to ensure messaging, strategies, and customer feedback integration alignment.
METRICS AND DOCUMENTATION
Implement and maintain solid measurements and metrics. Track and analyze metrics demonstrating effectiveness of product launch, capabilities, and related areas e.g., sales performance, attach rates, retention, and units. Align to targets for market penetration with sales (units, segments, etc.) and sales growth. Manage complex documentation projects; gather information for documentation and training materials; conduct audience analysis; and ensure documentation deliverables meet each audience’s needs. Collaborate across functional teams to ensure the consistency and quality of documentation and training materials; collaborate with other content-producing teams to share knowledge and keep efforts consistent. Work with Subject Matter Experts to understand complex technical concepts and direct the translation of them into easy-to-understand documentation. Develop training materials and sessions for employees as needed.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications
Hybrid flexible working arrangement - 3 days in the local office and 2 days remote Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in education and work experience A minimum of 15 years in a marketing or product marketing role and knowledge and experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) is a must This is a complex matrixed role so the ability to build relationships and influence without formal structure will be critical for success Creative thinking with strong degree of adaptability and flexibility and one who thrives in an environment of continuous change and growth. Excellent communication, time management, project management and change management skills Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business plans and a proven ability to develop leaders Must be recognized as an individual with outstanding leadership skills, professionalism, business acumen and planning capabilities Proven partnership with other senior-level functional leaders to achieve results Ability to communicate strategy and create a shared vision Travel - 20% domesticallyA college degree is great but not required.
