This individual will provide visionary leadership and operational oversight for a group of healthcare centers.
This is a key executive role responsible for ensuring overall operational excellence, financial strength, regulatory compliance, and a culture focused on quality care and customer service. What You'll Do
Lead and manage all operational aspects of assigned facilities, ensuring alignment with MFA’s mission and strategic goals
Anticipate and understand customer needs, driving initiatives that improve resident satisfaction and service excellence
Provide ongoing mentorship and leadership to facility Administrators and interdisciplinary teams, cultivating a culture of trust, accountability, and high performance
Develop and oversee operating budgets and business plans, consistently meeting or exceeding financial and service outcomes
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, and proactively manage the survey readiness and response process
Champion quality improvement and performance metrics, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to execute business plans and foster employee engagement across centers
Represent MFA with professionalism and integrity in interactions with residents, families, employees, and external stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
Active, unencumbered licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
Minimum 3 years of healthcare experience and 5+ years of progressive leadership experience, ideally within skilled nursing, post-acute, or long-term care environments
Demonstrated success managing multi-site operations and achieving strong regulatory, financial, and quality outcomes
Deep understanding of industry regulations, survey processes, and operational best practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including executive-level presentation and decision-making abilities
