We are growing, so we are hiring for a new Vice President of Operations role on our leadership team in Morrisville, NC leading operations, client retention, project sales, and contractor relationships for central and eastern NC.
What You’ll Do:
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing account management team (account managers and their Directors). Ensure client retention through the execution of proven City Wide processes. Develop and execute strategic plans to hit growth targets for facilities maintenance solutions sales through both account managers and dedicated sales executives. Develop, grow and oversee our independent contractor base through recruitment, certification, relationship management, and compliance. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure world-class service delivery. Be a key member of the NC senior leadership team, reporting directly to the Regional GM/COO.

Ability to develop business plans for penetration of new territories and execute upon those plans. Ideally, has had P&L ownership experience. Ideally, has been with a growth-oriented business growing from $10M to $50M+. Ideally, has had experience working for a professional organization in the facilities or services industries.
