East Region executive leadership team the Vice President of Human Resources serves as a strategic advisor and business partner aligning talent strategies with organizational goals The Vice President will translate business needs into actionable talent solutions that drive performance engagement and retention The Vice President leads a team of Human Resources professionals that are embedded within the business and will collaborate closely with system wide Centers of Excellence such as Colleague Relations Learning Organizational Development and Total Rewards to implement enterprise strategies ensure policy consistency and foster a high performing engaged cultureKey AccountabilitiesPartner with senior leadership to identify key talent challenges and opportunitiesUse data driven insights to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives Align annual HR goals with local and system wide strategic plansIn partnership with system wide Centers of Excellence locally lead workforce planning succession management and talent development initiatives Collaborate with leaders on organizational design and change management effortsEnhance and operationalize talent processes to ensure the organization attracts develops and retains top talentPartner with Colleague Relations to ensure fair and consistent application of policies policy interpretation and performance management Provide coaching and guidance to leadersPromote a culture of engagement accountability and compliance with all applicable laws and regulationsWork closely with system wide Centers of
