Position Summary:
The Vice President of Enterprise Sales is an executive-level role, that will be responsible for developing and executing Vuzix's go-to-market sales plan, building deep relationships with key enterprise customers and partners, and working cross-functionally to align product, marketing, and channel efforts to achieve aggressive growth targets. They also play an active role in new product development by providing market feedback and ensuring the product team has the commercial and customer insights needed to build and launch the right products. This position will report to the President of Enterprise Solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Strategy
Develop and lead the global sales strategy for the Enterprise Solutions division, with a focus on high-impact verticals.Own the direct and indirect revenue plan, ensuring predictable and scalable pipeline growth.Hire, mentor, and manage a world-class enterprise sales team with a performance-driven culture.Define clear KPIs and sales metrics to drive accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.Channel & Partner Sales
Collaborate with the Sales Operations Team to support channel execution and optimize partner performance.Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline growth through strategic relationships with VARs, SIs, distributors, and telco partners.Support co-selling motions, GTM planning, and sales enablement for channel engagements.Enterprise Customer Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise accounts, including C-level decision makers.Lead enterprise deal strategy and negotiations, particularly for large and strategic customers.Represent the voice of the customer internally and influence roadmap priorities in collaboration with product and operations teams.Forecasting & Sales Operations
Own accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting in partnership with Sales Operations.Ensure CRM hygiene, process consistency, and effective use of sales enablement tools.Maintain visibility and governance across the entire sales funnel to drive performance.Product Collaboration
Actively engage with the product team to provide ongoing market and customer insights that inform roadmap decisions.Ensure product marketing inputs (use cases, value props, feature priorities) are grounded in real customer needs.Support readiness and positioning for successful new product launches.Competencies:

RequirementsMinimal Qualifications:
Located outside of the United States.Bachelor’s (BA/BS) degree.10+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in enterprise hardware, AR/VR, wearable technology, or industrial tech.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in both direct and channel-led models.Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles and complex deal orchestration.Executive presence with strong negotiation and communication skills.Experience scaling high-performing sales teams in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with VARs, distributors, SIs, or telecom partners strongly preferred.MBA, Master’s degree, or relevant field experience.Supervisory Responsibilities: EMEA, Japan KK, USA Global Channel Partners, Enterprise Sales Team and Operations, & Inside Sales Representatives.
Travel: 30%-50%.
