THE ROLE
The Vice President, Corporate Systems is a strategic technology leader responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-wide corporate systems, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Workday Human Capital Management (HCM). This role ensures that Legends’ financial, HR, and operational systems are scalable, integrated, and aligned with business goals. The VP will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership
Define and execute the roadmap for corporate systems, aligning with Legends’ business strategy and growth objectives.Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership on enterprise application strategy, governance, and innovation.Systems Oversight
Lead the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Supply Chain) and Workday HCM.Ensure seamless integration between corporate systems and other enterprise platforms (e.g., CRM, POS, data warehouse).Process Optimization
Partner with Finance, HR, and Operations to streamline business processes through automation and system enhancements.Drive standardization and best practices across all business units and geographies.Team & Vendor Management
Build and lead a high-performing team of business analysts, system architects, and application managers.Manage relationships with key technology vendors, consultants, and system integrators.Governance & Compliance
Establish data governance, security, and compliance protocols for corporate systems.Ensure systems meet internal audit, SOX, and regulatory requirements.Innovation & Change Management
Champion digital transformation initiatives that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new tools and processes.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends & ASM policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, or related field.10+ years of experience in enterprise applications leadership, with a focus on ERP and HCM systems.Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Supply Chain) and Workday HCM, including implementation and optimization.Proven track record of leading large-scale system transformations in complex, multi-entity environments.SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Strong understanding of finance, HR, and procurement processes in hospitality, entertainment, or retail industries.Experience with system integration, data migration, and enterprise architecture.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR) and data governance best practices.COMPENSATION
