Job DescriptionThe Vice President of Crew Communications is responsible for leading all internal communications at Raising Cane’s. This communication includes timely and actionable Restaurant communication through several different channels such as presentations, multimedia, the internal Crew app, and digital communication boards. The role ensures consistent and engaging communication that supports Restaurant operations and enhances Crew engagement.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy that drives Crew engagement, supports business goals, and ensures alignment across the organizationPartner with support teams including Restaurant Excellence, Training, and Operations to execute internal campaigns and support Crew recognitionOversee content strategy, planning, and execution for all internal communication channelsLead internal campaigns that support operational updates, new Restaurant openings, company events, and leadership updatesSupport leaders across the business in delivering key messages through talking points, video scripts, and presentationsLead a creative team including photographers, videographers, editors, and graphic designers to produce high-quality internal mediaQualificationsRequired Qualifications:
10+ years of communications experienceBachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related fieldAbility to work out of the Dallas Restaurant Support Office located in Plano, TX, full-timePreferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience communicating across decentralized organizations with diverse audiences, including hourly Crew, field leadership, and corporate teamsProven leadership experience in internal communications within the Restaurant and Retail industriesExperience overseeing high-impact presentation content for executive leadership and large-scale eventsExperience in leading multimedia video production and developing engaging video contentAdditional InformationThe physical work environment for this role includes a combination of working from a home-based office, representing Raising Cane’s out in the community, traveling throughout the region, as well as time spent in our Restaurants. This can and will include working in a fast-paced kitchen and interacting with and serving customers. This requires extended periods of physical exertion such as walking, standing and lifting. It also includes working both inside and outside in varied temperatures, with and around food products and common allergens, industrial equipment, commercial cleaning products, and requires use of personal protective equipment and ergonomic activities necessary to complete the job function.
