Your Day Consists Of

· Setting and leading an ambitious Mergers & Acquisition agenda that delivers measurable strategic and financial impact

· Seeing opportunity in the marketplace before others do and translating those insights into actionable deal strategies

· Leveraging data-driven target identification, including advanced analytics, AI-powered market scanning, and predictive modeling, to identify and prioritize opportunities with speed and precision

· Originating and cultivating relationships with target companies, investment banks, and strategic advisors to keep a robust pipeline of potential deals active

· Overseeing rigorous deal execution including market analysis, valuation modeling, due diligence, and negotiation strategy, ensuring every step is aligned with strategic objectives

· Leading cross-functional M&A teams — corporate development, operations, technology, HR, brand — to ensure execution and integration are seamless and deliver maximum value

· Embedding scenario planning for market volatility into every transaction to safeguard value against economic, geopolitical, and supply chain shifts

· Driving integration planning that captures synergies, sustains cultural alignment, and delivers measurable operational and financial performance

You’ll Be Successful With

· 5+ years of progressive leadership in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, or private equity, with a track record of multi-million to billion-dollar transactions

· Proven success leading high-stakes deals from origination through integration in a high-growth, multi-unit retail or consumer-driven business

· Elite financial and strategic acumen with deep expertise in valuation, structuring, due diligence, and synergy realization

· Fluency in data-driven decision-making, with hands-on experience applying advanced analytics and predictive modeling to acquisition strategy

· Boardroom presence with the ability to influence at the highest levels while maintaining credibility across the organization

· An entrepreneurial mindset with disciplined execution, capable of balancing speed with rigor in fast-moving markets

· Exceptional relationship-building skills and a trusted network across banking, private equity, and corporate sectors
