Job Summary:
As a Vice President Marketing Strategy in the Offers and Shopping B2B Marketing team, you co-own and evolve the narrative strategy for Chase Media Solutions and key merchant accounts. You will lead content strategy, develop compelling pitch materials, and collaborate with Sales, Events, Comms, and Product teams to ensure messaging is relevant, impactful, and aligned with business goals. You will play a hands-on role in driving creative briefs, supporting executive leadership, and maintaining a strong market presence.
Job Responsibilities:
Co-own and evolve the narrative strategy for Chase Media Solutions and key merchant accountsWrite, adapt, and refine messaging in partnership with Analytics, Research, and Sales teamsLead content strategy and writing for pitch narratives, vertical storylines, and thought leadershipIdentify new opportunity areas and craft resonant narratives for target audiencesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ad product updates into marketing-friendly messagingDevelop and socialize creative briefs for marketing materials and campaignsSupport Executive Director with budgeting requests, approvals, and reportingPartner with Sales and Product teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messagingMaintain a clear and confident presence in the marketStay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to adapt narrativesLead projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverablesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Bachelor’s degreeMinimum of 10 years of experience in content strategy, storytelling, or agency rolesProven track record in developing successful narratives and messaging strategiesStrong writing and editing skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and lead projects end-to-endFamiliarity with media solutions and B2B ad productsProficiency in Canva for designing visually appealing materialsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Experience supporting executive leadership with budgeting and reportingBackground in B2B marketing for media or technology solutionsExperience translating complex product updates into clear marketing messagesStrong analytical skills for identifying new opportunity areasAbility to adapt quickly to changing industry trendsExperience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated leadership in content strategy and creative development
