The Vice President, Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing the marketing budget, leading the marketing team, conducting market research, and collaborating with sales, operations, and executive leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals, such as increasing brand awareness and driving revenue. Key responsibilities include overseeing digital and traditional campaigns, analyzing market trends, and reporting on campaign performance and ROI. The role is pivotal in translating the company’s vision into actionable marketing plans that drive business growth and enhance market position. The VP, Marketing will report directly to the President, Commercial Operations and will oversee internal marketing teams.

Managing the Marketing Budget
Budget oversight: Allocate funds across various campaigns to ensure cost-effectiveness. Financial alignment: Create a budget that reflects the organization’s financial resources and goals. ROI focus: Prioritize high-return initiatives and invest in proven strategies. Adaptability: Adjust budgets in response to market changes and emerging opportunities. Performance tracking: Regularly review campaign performance and reallocate funds as needed. Other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises assigned employees both on site and remotely located, including staff selection and training; planning, assigning and directing work; conducting performance reviews; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication or similar related field; Ten (10)+ years proven experience in a senior marketing role, such as VP of Marketing or Marketing Director, with a track record of designing and implementing successful campaigns. Marketing Expertise: Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO, web analytics, content marketing, and CRM software. Strategic Thinking: A strategic mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and adapt to evolving market conditions. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
