Vice President Lifesciences Consulting

 • As a Life Sciences Vice President in the business, you will help set the direction, driving the business forward, model our values and behaviors, and coach and develop junior members of the team.

• You’ll be able to use your deep sector and core consulting expertise to help clients in your chosen area of expertise (in one or more of the following): Enterprise transformation, Clinical Transformation, Smart Manufacturing and Connected Health

• You will lead one of our strategic Life Sciences Accounts developing strong CXO relationships globally, demonstrating account leadership, setting account strategy, collaborating with our global capabilities and leading strategy execution. Exposure to large-scale customer platforms deals/engagements with multinational clients in the market (focus on US and EU).

• You will take an active role in the growth and development of the team, building our capability through recruitment, coaching and professional development.

• Be an authority and thought leader within the sector, contribute to key publications

• Contribute to elevating Invent India as a excellence platform for Invent global and the Group in Life Sciences.

As part of your role, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:

• Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.

• Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering (go-to-market assets) development.

• Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.

The Ideal Candidate Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a solid Consulting background. Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organization, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions. This person is motivated to deliver high-quality work to drive customer satisfaction. They use their intellect, insight, and ability to build creative solutions with clients and colleagues while embracing a collaborative mindset.

Key qualifications include:

• Strong customer orientation, decision making, problem solving, communication and presentation skills

• Very good judgement skills and ability to shape compelling solutions and solve unstructured problems with assumptions

• Very good collaboration skills and ability to interact with multi-cultural and multi-functional teams spread across geographies

• Ability to roll up sleeves!

• Strong executive presence and entrepreneurial spirit

• Superb leadership and team building skills with ability to build consensus and achieve goals through collaboration rather than direct line authority in a matrix organization

• Experience in organically growing a solution or team.

• Familiarity with efficiency tools (e.g., Co-Pilot, automation) is a plus
