We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Vice President II, International Relationship Management eCommerce.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

Grow sustainable revenues from existing customer portfolio and through targeted acquisition of quality new-to-bank eCommerce customers and effectively managing, developing, and retaining quality business relationships to earn a greater share of wallet from eCommerce sectorMust aggressively explore new business opportunity and endeavour to raise the cross-sell ratio on relationships under his/her managementDevelop and maintain market knowledge, intelligence and network in the eCommerce sector and actively identify growth opportunities within the ecosystemRegular sharing of industry insight and trend to facilitate Bank’s design of eCommerce strategy and propositionProtect the bank’s assets and reputation by knowing the customer and their businessMonitor suspicious behaviour, and taking appropriate action as set forth in operating policies when necessaryCollaborate with other teams/stakeholders on delivering excellent customer experience, and propositional offering relevant to eCommerce sector

To be successful you will need

University graduate with extensive experience in commercial banking, with exposure in eCommerce Sector, commercial lending, new business development and trade financingPassion in developing sector expertise in eCommerce sector, good understanding of market trends and opportunities as well as their implication to commercial market, especially in a B2B settingGood understanding of commercial banking products and services, especially trade and credit knowledge, as well as cross border servicing requirements, and our eCommerce proposition Strong relationship management, communication and influencing skills High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers as well as to ensure efficient and effective customer service processesExcellent team player with strong motivation and drive to grow existing business and win new business Fluency in both English and Cantonese, with additional proficiency in Putonghua an advantageRelevant investment and insurance licenses are required
