GDIT has an exciting opportunity for a results-driven executive to lead our Government Operations & Citizens Services Sector. This sector delivers comprehensive enterprise infrastructure, cloud enablement, application development, global mission-critical support, and digital modernization for over 20 federal civilian agencies and bureaus, including Energy, Transportation, GSA, Commerce, Education, Postal Service, and others. This role reports directly to the Senior Vice President of GDIT’s Federal Civilian Division.

As a Vice President and General Manager, Government Operations & Citizens Services you will be responsible for P&L ownership and driving growth in the civilian market related to GDIT core capabilities. Key responsibilities include:
Delivering against key performance metrics consistent with enterprise growth, as well as building strategic relationships and providing effective leadership across teams and client engagementsBuilding and managing an effective and efficient team focused on high quality delivery, financial performance, and client relationship developmentDeveloping and executing both short- and long-term strategies to drive revenue and profitability across the sectorLeveraging GDIT’s Digital Accelerators to expand our client base and enhance service deliveryBuilding a culture throughout the team consistent with GDIT values of Honesty, Trust, Transparency and AlignmentWhat You'll Need to Succeed:
Experience owning and leading a $100M+ P&L for a diversified portfolio of IT and mission focused programs in the federal spaceBachelor’s degree required10+ years in a leadership role with progressive experience in managing/leading IT services programsProven experience and success in launching new business capture campaigns, including active participation in developing winning capture strategies and proposal creation to drive business growthLeadership qualities that translate into business outcomes – specifically around team building and cohesion, complex client relationship and development, and strategic thinking around enterprise business mattersExecutive level communication capabilities, both verbal and writtenLocation: Hybrid to Falls Church, Virginia, working at least three (3) days per week in the office or client siteUS CitizenshipClearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearanceTravel: This role will require approximately 25% domestic travelGDIT IS YOUR PLACEAt GDIT, the mission is our purpose, and our people are at the center of everything we do.
