Allied Universal® Electronic Monitoring is seeking a dynamic and inspirational leader to join our executive team as the North American Vice President/General Manager. In this critical role, you will drive strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and profitable growth to unlock the organization’s full potential. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead all aspects of business performance, including sales, operations, and strategic growth initiativesExceed financial performance targets with full P&L ownership, lead budgeting, cash flow optimization and strategic financial planningDrive sustainable year-over-year revenue and profit growthDevelop and execute business strategy, including identifying new revenue streams and enhancing competitive positioningProvide inspirational leadership to a U.S.-based team and contribute to the global leadership teamBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and resellers to drive long-term business growthOversee and improve processes for resource allocation, service delivery, project costing, and solution developmentDevelop and implement annual operating plans and budgets aligned with company goals and objectivesDirectly oversee key marketing, sales , and operational senior management roles; participate in selection and placement of direct reports; design and implement career development and performance improvement measuresQUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
Must possess one or more of the following:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related fieldAssociate’s degree in business administration, management, or related field with a minimum of twenty (20) years of leadership experience in the technology industryHigh School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of twenty-five (25) years of leadership experience in the technology industryMinimum of fifteen (15) years of progressive leadership experience in the technology industryExperience in developing, growing, and retaining customer relationshipsP&L management experience demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of EBITA and gross marginInspirational leadership skills and ability to manage a team deployed on a national basisStrategic planning, sales strategy and execution skillsDeep expertise in the technology market, including software, hardware, cloud services, AI/ML, cybersecurity, or a related fieldStrong understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire large, dynamic teamsExceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsStrong financial management skills, with a track record of achieving aggressive revenue and profitability targetsExcellent business development, sales, and negotiation skills; ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; capable of influencing stakeholders at all levelsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):
