RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participate in the design, development, and implementation of complex databases.

Provide database programming and database administration support using Oracle database software, PL/SQL programming language, and SQL techniques to multiple IT projects.

Perform complex data analysis and data modeling including logical and physical data models, in support of project and business requirements.

Accountable for technical knowledge and capabilities with database management systems.

Exercise judgment within broadly defined process, practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criterion for obtaining results.

Design and develop solution architectures to scale backend systems using Python, Java, Spring Boot, and rest specifications.

Utilize full stack engineering, Linux, coding, and debugging.

Design and develop production ready software using web, cloud, and distributed technologies including Apache Spark, Hadoop, Microservices, and CI/CD cloud deployment.

Design and develop new proof of concept projects to enhance current software systems to handle increased traffic and larger datasets with cutting edge technologies including Elasticsearch, Redis, and Kafka.

Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Engineering(any), or related: and

5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.

Must have 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related IT occupation. Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:
