Join us! **Position Description** Global Payment Solutions (GPS) provides liquidity management, payments and receipts, trade and supply chain finance, foreign exchange and commercial card services to three million small businesses, thousands of middle market companies, and to multinational corporations, financial institutions and governments around the world. The Treasury Sales Officers (TSOs) to manage and grow both domestically and globally within an assigned portfolio. **Key Responsibilities** + Team Lead for GPS FI Sales team for PRC, working with sales head to cover banks, non-bank financial institutions and public sector clients in PRC and their branches and subsidiaries internationally. + Drive the execution of FI sales strategy in line with our global GPS strategy, delivering the target revenues and profitability on the client portfolio. + Ensure that the teams (based in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou branches) are focused on critical areas such as client selection that fit within our profitability and return parameters. + Own and deliver against financial targets for PRC both revenue, profitability, cross sell and new business origination and closure. + Establish self and deepen relationships with FIs so to maximize the share of wallet both at HO, regional offices and international branches. Leverage on the client relationship to build strong connectivity and on-going dialogue with targeted clients + Engaging with clients across multiple hierarchies as appropriate to scope business opportunities, define solutions and accelerate deal closures + Actively partnership with Corporate Banking team, and senior management team in-country and other key stakeholders support the client coverage team to achieve business wins + Co-ordinate with Global teams to effectively drive the global strategy and guidance on the FI business in APAC in light of the changing regulatory and economic environment. + Build on interactions with senior managers across FICC, GMG, IBK, CBK, in-country management, regionally and globally, communicating the FI strategy and achievements on new business, revenues, client selection and revenue quality. + Keep abreast of industry changes, market events and competitive intelligence and ensure that knowledge is shared with all TSO’s and partners covering clients in their industry. + Lead discussions with teams, clients through Client Events, Industry Forums and thought leadership articles to demonstrate the deep understanding of global events driving the business change in the franchise. + Implement and sustain governance and control processes and activities in alignment with role and responsibilities, governance manuals and guidelines as well as specifically within the areas of Training, Credit, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Legal, HR and Audit. **Key Requirements** **Required Skills** + 15+years above experience in FIs in GPS business development and/or product management at a senior level + Proven expertise of leading a team at a country or Regional level, either in GPS equivalent or corporate banking + Detailed knowledge of GPS cash management products, trade product, etc. + Strong client relationships + Strong communications and presentation skills + Team player **Desired Skills** + Proven sales track records + Client advocacy and relationship building experience + Strategic, decisive and can execute + Demonstrates a commitment to Diversity and Inclusion (D&I), and model behaviors which value each individual for their unique contribution and create an environment that allows each employee to reach their potential.
