Job Summary:
As a Vice President, Customer Success - Merchandising, you will lead the development and execution of merchandising strategies and content initiatives to drive commercial success and customer engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that merchandising and content efforts are aligned with broader business objectives. You will leverage insights for continuous improvement, while maintaining the highest standards of visual storytelling and brand excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

Design and implement merchandising strategies to support business and consumer objectivesLead planning, creation, and execution of engaging, brand-consistent content initiativesBuild strong partnerships with content, product, marketing, data science, and leadership teamsOversee timely execution of merchandising and content projectsCollaborate with data science teams to develop scalable, data-driven merchandising solutionsMonitor and analyze key metrics to refine tactics and maximize commercial outcomes

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred5+ years of experience in merchandising, marketing, or related areas, with a focus on content programming and executionExperience with merchandising and content management toolsProven track record in developing and executing content strategies for luxury or premium brandsStrong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-makingExcellent collaboration and communication skillsAbility to translate feedback into actionable improvementsExperience working with diverse cross-functional teamsPassion for innovation and enhancing customer experience

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyFamiliarity with advanced data analytics platformsBackground in visual storytelling and brand managementExperience in e-commerce or digital merchandisingKnowledge of emerging trends in merchandising and content strategy
