Vice President-Applied AI/ML Lead
Join our Advanced Applied AI Team and lead the charge in integrating Generative AI technologies to transform business processes. As a Vice President-Applied AI/ML lead in the Advanced Applied AI Team, you will leverage GenAI technologies to develop impactful solutions. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to address complex business challenges. Your role involves overseeing design, research, prototyping, and implementation of AI-driven projects. Your expertise will be crucial in advancing our mission to innovate and deliver AI solutions that enhance organizational performance and drive business growth. **Job Responsibilities:** + Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven projects using Generative AI technologies. + Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to align GenAI models with business objectives. + Conduct research, create prototypes, and demonstrate AI concepts to stakeholders. + Oversee data processing and machine learning model building processes. + Develop systematic approaches to problem-solving using technical and non-technical skills. + Communicate complex AI concepts effectively to diverse audiences. + Manage stakeholder relationships and translate business requirements into data science solutions. + Utilize project management skills to identify tasks, understand inter-dependencies, and estimate task complexity. **Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or any STEM field, or equivalent experience. + Proven experience in designing and implementing GenAI or AI/ML solutions within a large enterprise. + Comprehensive understanding of AI/ML concepts, technologies, methodologies, and industry trends. + Proficiency in data processing techniques and building ML models or GenAI applications. + Strong problem-solving skills and systematic approach to complex challenges. + Effective communication skills for conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences. + Competent stakeholder management skills to translate customer requirements into data science solutions. + Ability to collaborate across teams and departments, fostering a cooperative work environment. + Enthusiasm for acquiring new Generative AI skills and staying informed about industry trends. + Basic understanding of project management principles for timely project execution. **Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:** + Advanced degree in a related field. + Experience with specific GenAI technologies and tools. + Proven track record of successful AI project delivery. + Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor junior team members. + Experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
