We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Management team. This role will be based in Hong Kong.
We will count on you to:
Manage a portfolio of businesses under a key conglomerate account, including effective placement of insurance program and act as primary point of contact for the portfolio of clients, providing professional and responsive serviceBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction regarding servicing and annual insurance renewal outcomes Understand client’s business operations, risk profile, and evolving needs and implement Marsh client servicing model to deliver insurance solutionsWork with Marsh placement, specialty, claims and risk consulting teams on insurance renewals and solutionsAssist client to review contracts with third parties (eg. projects, tenancy agreements, dealership agreements etc.) and deliver training workshops from time to timePrepare and present proposals, reports, and recommendations to clients Responsible for assigned account profitability, budget and receivablesResponsible for implementation of the Marsh Professional Standard and guidelines for assigned accountsWhat you need to have:
With valid broker licenseAt least 8-10 years’ working experience in broking industry with strong product knowledgeProficient PC Skills, including Word, Excel & Power Point is criticalPro-active, self-driven, solution-focused and detail-oriented with strong skills in client relationship managementLanguage fluency in English and ChineseWhy join our team:
