Responsibilities

The Resource Group, a subsidiary of Ascension, is a business transformation services organization that specializes in resource and supply chain management. This role falls within The Resource Group's Change Management Solution. The Change Management Solution sustains value for our Participants through direct end-user engagement, clear communication, and connecting across the organizations we serve through C-suite representation. The associates within Change Management Solution collaborate to elevate resource and supply management ‘from the basement to the boardroom’ through their range of responsibilities. Collaborate with leaders to develop and embed change assurance frameworks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and Value Realization strategiesLeverage the relationship between expense, reimbursement, and profitability to increase value delivered to each marketAudit and analyze internal financial statements, transactions and internal controls over financial supply chain reporting Provide financial expertise to explain variances and opportunities for supply expense reduction and create high-level action plans to provide additional value to marketsProvide dedicated support to implementation projects by delivering insightful project reporting, assessing impacts, and recommending change management strategies for successful implementationAssure each market is meeting Ascension contract requirements for Value RealizationConduct meetings, in conjunction with The Resource Group Value Realization leaders, with system, regional, and ministry Participant stakeholders to review market performance and provide strategic guidanceManage risks and control processes relevant to project delivery and assure Value Realization project outputs are meeting Ascension goalsLead implementation initiatives and manage, advise, and influence internal and external stakeholders to assure delivery of Value Realization objectivesProvide training and guidance to enhance the capability of project management disciplines within the wider Value Realization delivery team Partners with market clinical and business leaders on program development and implementation time-lines and prioritiesLeverage innovative tools and technologies and engage with data teams to evaluate initiative implementations for Value Realization Leaders to monitor progressDrive successful outcomes in changes related to Value Realization implementation, risk transformation, technology, or data projects. Ensure adherence to deadlines with attention to detail

Requirements

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
