Job Description

Allied Universal® is hiring a Vice President, Facility Management Transformation. The Vice President of Allied Universal Facilities Management (AUFM) Transformation is responsible for driving the execution of AUFM AI-powered transformation program by adapting and applying the company’s existing AI-powered service platform at scale. Allied Universal’s AI-Powered Service Platform integrates hiring, onboarding, scheduling, workforce engagement, and operational execution into a single, integrated platform currently used at scale across Allied Universal’s security operations. The Vice President of Allied Universal Facilities Management acts as a Solution Partner to business leadership - working alongside operators to adapt existing platform capabilities to the janitorial/facilities management business and establish clear, scalable operating standards. In parallel, this role owns the execution of the transformation program, working with business unit leaders to set pace and sequencing, define milestones, direct required platform adaptations through Platform Engineering, and drive the delivery of measurable operating results.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Solution Partnership with Business Leadership

Act as a Solution Partner to AUFM leaders to translate enterprise platform capabilities into practical AI-powered operating solutionsWork directly with operators to adapt existing AI-Powered Service Platform capabilities to real-world operating conditions and constraints in AUFMChallenge assumptions, clarify tradeoffs, and drive decisive problem solving in complex and ambiguous environments

Transformation Program Execution

Own execution of the AUFM AI-powered transformation program from development through sustained operationWork with business unit leaders to set pace and sequencing, define milestones, and establish clear success criteriaDrive disciplined execution against plans, intervening when progress stalls and escalating when commitments are not met

Platform Direction and Technology Leadership

Maintain deep working knowledge of Allied Universal’s AI-Powered Service Platform, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, workforce engagement, and operational execution capabilitiesDirect and partner with Platform Engineering to adapt and expand existing platform capabilities in support of AUFM requirementsEnsure platform changes support scale, repeatability, and measurable operating outcomesThis role operates with executive sponsorship and priority access to platform engineering capacity required to deliver committed transformation milestones

Standards, Enablement, and Execution Discipline

Establish clear operating standards and expectations for how AUFM operates on the platformProvide centralized expertise, tools, and execution support to accelerate adoption and reduce frictionIdentify and address local deviations that undermine consistency, scale, or resultsActively surface and resolve resistance, workarounds, or partial adoption that undermine consistency or operating results

Measurement, Accountability, and Results

Define and track objective metrics tied to operating performance, margin stability, and operating leverageHold leaders accountable for delivering agreed milestones and outcomesProvide direct, fact-based reporting on progress, risks, and results to executive leadership

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

Must possess one of the following:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an information technology-related field of studyAssociate’s degree in Business Administration or information technology-related field of study with a minimum of seventeen years of IT leadership experienceHigh school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of twenty (20) years of IT leadership experienceMinimum of fifteen (15) years of senior leadership experience in large-scale, labor-intensive services organizations (e.g., janitorial, facilities, logistics, or similar environments)Experience adapting and scaling enterprise technology platforms to support different operating modelsProven successful experience driving complex, multi-market transformation programs to measurable operating resultsDemonstrated ability to operate effectively at the intersection of technology and business leadershipStrong operational judgment with the ability to make decisions and drive execution in ambiguous, high-pressure environmentsCredibility with senior business leaders and the ability to influence, challenge, and align stakeholders without direct P&L ownership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

Master's degree in Business Administration or an information technology-related field of study

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

Base salary range: $190,000 to $220,000 (based on skills, qualifications, and relevant experience), plus annual 40% bonus opportunity Medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, basic life, AD&D, and disability insuranceEight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal daysExecutive flex time off plan #L
