We conduct analyses and use behavioral science to provide actionable insights and enable evidence-based decision making. Actionable insights lead to best decisions about people – individuals, teams, and organizations – to drive business performance.
The “Vice President, Talent Acquisition Analytics Partner” will act as a subject matter expert on talent acquisition data and lead analyses and reporting that utilize this data.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Conduct analyses and provide recommendations for actions that will have the maximum impact
+ Partner with Talent Acquisition colleagues on the creation of metrics and their use in a variety of analyses
+ Collaborate closely with data scientists to identify the most impactful metrics, calculate those metrics and related thresholds, and design visualizations for sharing with larger audiences
+ Lead change management initiatives across Talent Acquisition and HR
+ Stay up to date on developments within the Talent Acquisition team and how changes impact the data
+ Provide expertise and insight on how to best use Talent Acquisition data in dashboards, models, and other analyses
+ Identify data patterns & trends and provide insights to enhance decision making capabilities
+ Gather data to measure the effectiveness of new initiatives and improve analyses going forward
+ Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities
**The ideal candidate will have:**
+ Bachelors/University degree
+ Experience working in analytics in a global environment with complex data
+ Knowledge of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition data, terminology, and systems
+ Excellent presentation and communication skills
+ Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills
+ Knowledge of statistical analysis and techniques
