We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Vice President, Policy Servicing.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

Ensure smooth operation of all Policy Servicing processes, full compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to agreed service levelsBe Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Policy Servicing, provide user requirements and perform User Acceptance Test for system enhancements and system defects, specializing in Shield and Life productsSupport ad hoc projects and coordinate user testing when neededReview and identify areas for process improvements or re-training to the teamUpdate Standard Operating Procedure and coach the processing teamAssist to manage the Policy Servicing team and ensure smooth operations of the teamAssist to handle enquiries from internal teams; Assist to support audits and control testing on Policy Servicing functionsCoordinate and support ad hoc activities including customer communications
