Vice President, Payroll Product Delivery Manager

Job Summary

As a Vice President, Payroll Product Delivery Manager within the HR Global Operations Team, you will play a key role in the continued innovation and sustainment of the ADP Global View Payroll, related suite of applications, and business processes. You will be critical in defining the evolution of the platform, bringing efficiencies to processes and experiences that run across the function for all current/former employees, managers, and HR professionals firmwide.
 

Job responsibilitiesLeads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordinationLeads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirementsEffectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners Must be able to craft user stories for technology teams with a reference to functionalities like AI agentic workflows, orchestration layers, Oracle to ADP Payroll Interface , Payroll workflows, Stau integrations, reporting or compensation modulesManage the product backlog; Partners with the different teams to impact analysis for future investments and current items and drive towards successManage product’s experience including operations, technology, and data – knows expectations and areas of opportunity by key personaRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain areaDemonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activitiesStrong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processesExperience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategiesExperience and Ability to maintain a product backlog, and write user stories and epicsEnd-to-end payroll understanding from Payroll processes or implementing  ADP Global View Ability to write test scenarios, test cases and partner with business users to execute/conclude testing.Ability to identify solutions to business problems utilizing data, process, and digital assets.Proven ability to multitask and navigate multiple tasks running in parallelStrong written and verbal communication skills and ability to represent the product to stakeholderCustomer obsessed – develops deep empathy and understanding in service of creating frictionless end-to-end experiencePreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsProficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsExtensive knowledge in Payroll Processes
