Vice President, Patient Solutions (On-Site) Overland Park, KS

Vice President, Patient Solutions is responsible for leading the strategic vision our Patient Solutions operation.  A key value in this role is being customer centric; working closely with management and provide the vision to continually innovate and improve the service strategy in alignment with the changing needs of business and customers.

Oversees the customer and patient solutions department and generates value proposition for clients. Develops, maintains, and ensures production and quality standards, such as response and call handle times, are met and audit outcomes. Maintains appropriate staffing to ensure service levels are met across all product segments, smooth transition for new customers, and minimal impact to existing customers. Evaluates systems, policies, and procedures, and drives changes to accomplish the organization’s and departments’ objectives. Maintains strong internal control procedures in order to safeguard company assets. Assists in the solution of problems that affect the service, efficiency, and productivity of the team. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Direct and indirect employees within the department(s).Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
