Vice President, Open Banking Business Execution and Strategy

As Vice President, Business Execution and Strategy within Open Banking, you will develop and execute innovative business strategies to drive growth and shape new product development. You will shape the future of Chase Open Banking, driving value for customers, removing barriers to success, and exceeding expectations.
**Job responsibilities**
+ Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives for the Open Banking team
+ Define and execute business strategy, including go-to-market plans and pricing strategy, to drive growth and profitability for the Open Banking team
+ Shape new product development initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs
+ Gather, analyze, and synthesize market intelligence to inform business decisions, track competitive activity, and identify emerging opportunities and potential risks within the open banking ecosystem
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, technology, commercial partners, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of open banking solutions
+ Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership, communicating progress, insights, and recommendations
+ Monitor and measure the impact of open banking initiatives on customers and the firm, using data-driven approaches to optimize outcomes
+ Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team
**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
+ 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in business strategy, business management, or a relevant domain area
+ Sound understanding of and experience in the financial services industry
+ Experience in new product development and go-to-market planning
+ Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategy in a complex, matrixed environment
+ Comfort with data and a history of making data-driven decisions that drive beneficial outcomes
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, diverse work streams to completion
+ Strong collaborator with robust organizational skills, able to crisply set agendas and run effective meetings
+ Highly proficient in Microsoft Power Point and Excel
+ Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
+ Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing abilities
+ Bachelor's degree required
**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
+ Understanding of Open Banking, data access, and related regulatory and industry frameworks
+ Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
+ Proven experience storytelling to senior leadership, and influencing decision making
**Note: This role requires five days in the office (Mon-Fri) and will not support Hybrid options**
