Overview
Reporting to our Chief Commercial Officer, we are looking for a senior marketing executive to lead and scale the full-stack marketing function for our Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC) business line. This role functions as a divisional CMO, owning the end-to-end marketing strategy, execution, and performance across all channels—from brand to demand to digital commerce. This role has expanded in scope and now includes ownership of our digital media and e-commerce operations within the UCC business. We are seeking a strategic leader with deep expertise in performance marketing, product positioning, lifecycle management, and go-to-market strategy — a proven business partner who can operate at the executive level, drive growth, and elevate our global marketing capabilities.
Your Day to Day
As Vice President, Marketing for UCC, you would be working on:
Strategic Leadership & Planning
Own the UCC business line’s marketing strategy, aligned to commercial objectives, revenue goals, and customer needsAct as a trusted thought partner to the GM and CCO; serve as the senior-most marketing executive for the businessTranslate business strategy into clear, measurable marketing prioritiesFull-Stack Team Leadership
Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional marketing team spanning demand generation, product marketing, partner marketing, and digital/e-commerce marketingManage marketing budget, ensuring smart allocation across brand, demand, digital, and partner programsFoster a results-driven, accountable team culture with a focus on outcomes over activityDigital, Paid Media & E-Commerce
Lead UCC's digital marketing and e-commerce operations, including paid media strategy, conversion optimization, digital analytics, and web experienceOversee direct and partner-led online sales funnels to drive product signups and pipelineOptimize digital experiences for buyer journeys and customer lifecycle conversionGo-to-Market Execution
Develop and drive high-impact go-to-market plans for new product releases, campaigns, and growth initiativesLead messaging and positioning across all customer segments and routes to marketEnsure tight collaboration with product, sales, CS, and centralized marketing teamsBrand, Positioning & Communications
Serve as brand steward for the UCC business line, ensuring alignment with corporate messaging while delivering business-specific impactOversee integrated communications, content strategy, and brand expression in partnership with corporate teamsPerformance & Analytics
Define, track, and report on marketing KPIs, including pipeline generation, CAC, retention impact, and digital performance metricsDrive a culture of accountability, optimization, and rapid iteration based on insightsWhat We’re Looking For
As Vice President, Marketing for UCC, your background will look like:
15+ years of progressive marketing experience with 7+ years leading multi-functional teamsDemonstrated ownership of a full marketing portfolio (Inc., brand, demand, digital, product marketing) in a SaaS or technology companyExperience leading digital performance marketing and e-commerce functions—ideally in a product-led or hybrid GTM modelStrong background in building and scaling marketing organizations, including hiring, team design, and leadership developmentTrack record of delivering measurable growth through integrated campaigns and digital strategyDeep expertise in go-to-market strategy, product positioning, customer journey optimization, and lifecycle marketingExecutive presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence C-level stakeholdersBachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferredU.S.-based experience preferred; familiarity with North American SaaS markets a mustWhat We Offer

The above shows our ranges from minimum to maximum. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
