Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

Execution excellence

Execute the end-to-end strategic partnership roadmap aligned to Retail Banking objectives

Partner Acquisition Management

Pre-onboarding and post onboarding management of Identified partnershipsServe as the relationship manager for allocated partnerships

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with product, marketing, technology, legal, compliance, and risk teams to deliver partnership initiatives and commercial outcomes

Innovation Ecosystem Development

Lead test-and-learn initiatives and pilot programs with selected partners.

Commercial Performance Management

Build and manage the partnership PL, setting KPIs for performance tracking
