Vice President, Human Resources, Global Brands
**Description** This role will serve as a strategic HR partner to the Global Communications, Global Public Affairs, Global Legal, Security and GCCS Leadership teams. Liaising with the Corporate Functions HRBPs, Regional HR VPs, and in collaboration with our HR Centers of Excellence, this role will provide strategic leadership for all aspects of the human resources function including talent management, organizational efficiency, leadership development, employee relations, compensation and recruiting. Leadership + Shapes and leads the overarching Human Resources strategy to develop and strengthen respective Corporate Functions teams globally, with a focus on the right organizational structure, resources, education and developmental experiences. + Develops and drives comprehensive approach, through Corporate Functions HRBP team and local in⁃country/Regional HR teams, to enhance all points along the global employee journey: attraction, development, reward, and retention. + Guides HR team in leveraging local, Regional and Corporate partnerships to identify opportunities and proactively provide solutions across all HR disciplines for designated employee population (e.g., employee relations and engagement, talent, organizational design, compensation, benefits, etc.) Culture Development & Team Engagement + Build a strong pool of leaders and managers with the skills, capabilities and behaviors critical to enabling sustainable growth and market/consumer relevance. + Partner with functional and business leaders to evolve and embed an organizational culture that engages the greater organization, develop and lead to engage leaders and employees. + Engage and influence senior business leaders and provide strategic advice on people issues and HR needs. + Lead and/or advise global business counterparts through large scale people and/or change management initiatives including business transformations, organization design/evolution/development, restructuring, etc. + Lead direct and indirect reports to drive delivery of HR strategy and practices. + Challenge team to courageously partner, influence and challenge the status quo to elevate leadership and HR practices. Global HR Function Partnership + Collaborates with key leaders within the HR Service Delivery Model (BP's, C&B, COE's and ESS) to ensure key HR initiatives and offerings are globally aligned to the needs of the Chief Financial Officer's organization, including Finance, Strategy, Transformation and Shared Services and delivered effectively and efficiently. + Drives communication, socialization and education efforts with all key stakeholders to lead change associated with Retail HR Capability Promotes the communication of HR best practices throughout Global HR function to broaden and expand exposure to high volume Human Resources. **Qualifications** + 15+ years leadership experience in Human Resources. + Deep generalist and HR business partner experience, with exposure to all core functions within the discipline and with increasing scope, ideally in a high volume environment working closely with leaders and employees. + Demonstrated success in a global environment with multi-country responsibility. + Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to influence, inspire, collaborate and lead in a complex, matrixed organization often without traditional reporting lines. + Ability to use data analytics in generating insights and presenting findings back to the business, as well as tracking and disseminating key HR data. + Demonstrated level of strong business acumen, operational skills, and successful partnership with Executive leadership. + Expertise building consensus on a cross-functional basis, and excellent collaboration, influencing, project management, organizational, and change leadership skills; Significant transformation and change management experience. + Creative thinker and problem solver; proactive thought leader and strategist. + Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills required. + Creative thinker and problem solver; proactive thought leader and strategist. + Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills required.
