Overview The Vice President, Go-to-Market Strategy role sits within the Strategic Business Development group at Publicis Connected Media, working alongside teams responsible for Growth Orchestration and Connected Transformation. The role is focused on scaling our global go-to-market motion with clarity, consistency, and impact. This role is positioned at the center of Publicis Media’s Connected Growth System and will maintain a strong gravitational pull toward go-to-market rollout, storytelling, and training. Responsibilities Partner closely with Strategic Development leads in the Global Business Development team to deliver a unified go-to-market strategy across global markets. Lead the development of modular, connected propositions that clearly articulate Publicis’ value to prospects, agency leaders, and consultants. Author compelling go-to-market materials including sales narratives, pitch frameworks, and enablement toolkits aligned to the Connected Media strategy. Design and deliver training programs that scale GTM understanding across regional and local teams, ensuring alignment and confidence in execution. Serve as a central point of excellence for proposition development, working across Growth Orchestration and Business Transformation teams. Ensure narrative and proposition consistency across all strategic pitches, with particular emphasis on clarity, differentiation, and customer-centricity. Establish governance processes to maintain quality and scalability of GTM documents and templates across regions. Lead rollout of GTM playbooks and manage enablement channels (e.g. case libraries, solution overviews, pitch asset hub). Identify whitespace opportunities to evolve go-to-market narratives in response to industry shifts and buyer needs. Act as a thought partner in internal leadership forums focused on growth system design, storytelling, and commercialization strategy. Qualifications 10+ years of experience defining and leading Go to Market strategies that align with Growth objectives. Demonstrated ability to work with Enterprise clients, translating complex business requirements into innovative, scalable solutions. Strong strategic acumen with the ability to translate market insights into actionable GTM plans and influence at the executive level. Proven track record of leading global projects, across functions and time zones in a high-growth matrixed environment. Skilled at building compelling strategic visions and executing against those with practical plans. Experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and lead in a matrixed environment. Compensation Range: $164,800 - $246,330 annually This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
