Vice President, Global Brand Creative, MAC
**Description** + Participate in brainstorming exchange and presentations of new ideas/concepts with close collaboration with Global Marketing Team. + Oversee all Development of Visual Advertising and POS image and Design at POS (store design and merchandising). + Creates all Global and Local market programs, develops copy/layout and photography, liaises with Brand and local market to obtain best visual/business results. + Creates all international consolidated print projects, including concept copy/layout, photography and final print proofing process. + Liaise efficiently with licensors under brand management guidance. + Oversee all package design and development. Develops system to control and maintain superior level of print reproduction in Global/National advertising, works with advertising agencies to monitor national advertising quality. + Coordination of all Programs with internal groups and externally with Markets. + Overseeing all copy, photography, final printing and proofing processes. + Develops strategic, cost efficient ways to utilize sampling vehicles. + Report regularly on the status of development issues to the President/GM. + Initiate and supervise artwork requests in support of the package design function. + Actively participate in cross departmental teams and provide leadership and creative solutions with enthusiastic, flexible and positive attitude. + Establish and implement all color standards for product primary packaging. **Qualifications** + Position requires 15+ years relevant experience in creative department with knowledge of package development. + Knowledge of appropriate computer technology. + Ability to be flexible and work in a fast paced environment. + BA/ BS Degree or equivalent preferred.
