Vice President, F&B Operations US, CAN, & FP
_\*\*\*The location for this position is virtual/remote\*\*\*_ This is your chance to be part of our Hotel Operations team that oversees the daily functions of our US, Canada, & French Polynesia managed hotel portfolio\! As the VP of F&B Operations, you will lead strategic initiatives across ~150 Luxury and Full\-Service hotels\. Reporting to the SVP F&B Operations Americas\. **What will I be doing?** You will drive a $2\.4B F&B business, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and ensure understanding of corporate goals through cross\-functional collaboration\. **Your responsibilities will also include:** + Provide strategic leadership and oversight for F&B operations across your hotels and resorts in the United States, Canada, and French\-Polynesian regions\. + Ensure quality, service, and guest satisfaction across all F&B functions\. + Implement best practices and strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability and guest satisfaction + Guide F&B performance by implementing strategies, optimizing outlet operations, and enhancing guest satisfaction metrics\. + Analyze financial performance, implement cost\-control measures, guide F&B revenue growth, and achieve F&B profitability goals\. + Provide leadership and support for large\-scale conferences and signature corporate events \(e\.g\., Americas Leadership & Commercial Conference, ~3,500 attendees, for a 4\-day event\)\. + Lead the development of future F&B talent \(e\.g\., Recruiting, Training, etc\.\) **How you will collaborate with others:** + Partner with Brands, Development, HR, and Finance to ensure cohesive execution of strategic initiatives and share important updates relative to the function\. + Engage with hotel General Managers, F&B Directors, and Executive Chefs to foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence in service delivery\. + Foster a rapport with VP Culinary to demonstrate cohesive leadership to Regional and on\-property teams\. + Provide senior leadership support to the SVP, F&B Operations Americas by sharing relevant business updates, and team, performance, or project insights + Lead a team of four Sr Directors of F&B Operations by setting clear objectives and performance metrics\. **What initiatives you will take ownership of:** + Develop and inspire our F&B Team Members, through your engagement and endorsement of leadership development and mentorship programs\. + Conduct regular performance reviews and financial assessments of hotel F&B operations, collaborating with Area Vice Presidents and property leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and growth\. + Lead the engagement with important vendors to create solutions to enhance our F&B operations and service delivery in our hotels\. + Support the transitions of new properties and any re\-concepting, renovations, new openings in your portfolio of hotels\. **What are we looking for?** **Success will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:** + Multi\-regional F&B operations with a focus on innovation, service quality, and guest satisfaction\. + Experience driving revenue growth, managing costs, and achieving profitability through data\-driven decision\-making\. + Experience leading teams, mentoring senior leaders, and building talent pipelines across diverse markets\. **To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:** + Ten \(10\) years of work experience in Full\-Service Restaurant, Hotel Operations and Hospitality operations\. + Experience with financial acumen and operational expertise\. + Willing to travel up to 75%\. **It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:** + Experience working in a matrixed environment\. + Examples of how you have led enterprise wide projects from inception through completion and delivered on performance objectives/Return on investment\. **What is it like working for Hilton?** Hilton is proud to support the mental and physical wellbeing of all Team Members so they can Thrive personally and professionally in a diverse and inclusive environment, thanks to ourbenefitssuch as the Go Hilton travel program, employee stock purchase program, and paid time off including parental leave\.
