Responsibilities + Develop and maintain drug formularies and clinical programs aligned with organizational goals and regulations. + Guide formulary strategy and drive innovation in response to industry challenges. + Monitor and report on pharmacy data, including utilization, costs, and quality metrics. + Implement strategies for cost-effective therapy and improved patient care. + Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations through effective protocols and educational initiatives. + Support business development and client relations by providing clinical expertise and participating in reviews. + Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize formularies, develop programs, and manage strategic partnerships. + Lead educational efforts for healthcare providers to promote safe, effective, and cost-efficient drug therapy. + Champion initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce total cost of care. + Perform additional duties as assigned by the Chief Clinical Officer.
