**Job Description:**
Engineer is required to work as part of the Audio-Visual Engineering team (Meeting Spaces Engineering) with focus on the design, deployment and testing of Audio Video solutions for meeting rooms and collaboration spaces.
+ To work in a regional meeting space operations and project team that manages the low-level technical delivery of all audio video infrastructure projects and provides governance to the organization strategic partners
+ To provide comprehensive product knowledge on various audio and video technology
+ Ability to provide onsite support of audio video products, testing of features and functionalities during user migrations
+ Ability to handle and coordinate deployments during user / floor / site migrations
+ Provide L3 support for business impacting issues
+ Work with internal and external project managers to report issues and deliver solutions
+ Engage with the business and external vendors to deliver solutions
+ Ensures user satisfaction by providing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and quickly
+ Participates in the design, development, and implementation of complex system engineering activities involving cross-functional technical support, systems programming, and data center capabilities
+ This will include components of the assessment and optimization of system design and review of user requirements
+ Able to provide and communicate technology solutions across differing audiences including technical, managerial, business executives, and/or vendors
+ Leads the resolution process for problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors
+ Contributes to the determination of technical and operational feasibility of solutions
**Responsibilities:**
+ Assist in the certification/testing of AV solutions and individual components for use in the production environment
+ Ensure seamless integration of solutions into the environment according to the accepted product lifecycle, including contribution to tollgate processes for introducing new services and products
+ Physically setup elements of systems for use-case scenarios to test, check and prove the concept
+ Author procedures, reference guides and other documentation for handoff to other teams
+ Develop, follow and document setup and testing procedures and their results / train others as appropriate
+ Management of tasks related to Application deliverables for team supported platforms
+ Provide integration testing with Video, Engineering and Network security teams where applicable
+ Maintain release notes, version control and tracking of designs, source code and documentation
+ Help to drive standards across the environment per project or as part of large-scale transformations
+ Use Agile method to manage workload on team related projects in JIRA
+ Provide engineering support for AV integrators and Technology Project Managers for related field activity
+ Setup and break/down technology as needed
+ Learn and follow corporate processes and tools
+ Develop knowledgebase from both experience and research
**Skills:**
+ We are currently hiring meeting space engineer managing the audio and video platforms. This role primarily focuses on meeting spaces deployments for APAC region
+ Experience working in some manner within at least one of the following portfolios.
+ Deploying Audio Video solutions for meeting rooms and collaboration spaces
+ Strong knowledge of Cisco Video systems, Crestron, AMX
+ Audio Video Migrations and Life Cycle Management.
**Desired Skills:**
+ Information Technology degree and/or technology certifications preferred or substantial equivalent experience, typically, 15+ years of IT experience.
+ 15+ years in the Audio Visual, Broadcast, IT industry or related field, with min 10 years in engineering role
+ One or more industry related certifications such as AVIXA CTS, Crestron CTS, Q-Sys, Cisco CCNA.
+ Proven leadership skills in a high pace, highly technical solutions environment
+ Knowledge and Hands experience on designing and configuring audio video systems.
+ Moderate experience in the financial services field.
+ Technical theory & configuration knowledge of current Audio-Visual technologies – Cisco, Crestron, AMX, Brightsign.
+ Must be able to interact in a professional manner with End Users; must possess excellent PC, communication, and organizational skills.
+ Candidates must be able to work both independently and in a team environment and be able to interact effectively with other team members, management, and clients.
+ Candidates must have strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.
