Job Title: Vetting/Onboarding Specialist

Job Description

Responsibilities

Vet businesses introduced by ADEs by verifying business documents and validating business documentation.Verify EIN and articles of organization.Confirm if applicants are the owners of the business by checking business records and personnel.Track BG checks using Accurate.Communicate effectively with ADEs, Account Managers, and BDMs.Review business documents and FAQs.Utilize Salesforce, reporting, and Microsoft Excel for various tasks.Review and write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Demonstrate comprehensive workflow knowledge and provide leadership to other Vetting Support team members.Develop, test, and refine new vetting processes for program expansions using existing workflows.Create, execute, and track vetting plans for Delivery Partners using internal tools.Complete and track key steps of the vetting process using various data management and communications tools.Identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and collaborate with team members to implement improvements.Define processes for independent and autonomous execution.Use knowledge and skills to achieve assigned goals.Create and drive improvements to SOPs by addressing gaps in existing processes.Escalate issues and pain points for resolution and process improvement.Identify roadblocks and risks and propose solutions with team and stakeholder support.Work independently to execute defined SOPs and develop or improve processes.Track and report progress on key metrics related to functional areas and end-to-end workflows.Execute priority projects to improve operations performance with the Program Management team.Provide support for data collection, report preparation, and stakeholder engagement.Manage escalations on routine and predefined tasks.Execute important tasks and activities independently.Identify operational problems and suggest tactical solutions.Establish key reporting for functional areas and provide reports to management and stakeholders.

Essential Skills

3+ years of experience in an administrative support capacity, preferably from a large organization.Salesforce experience is highly preferred.Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred.Experience with MS Excel.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in HR, Finance, or Compliance administration is beneficial.

Work Environment

This is a fully on-site position located in Austin. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm CST. Join a fast-growing team with long-term opportunities for career growth.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
