VCA Burbank Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to join our busy, AAHA-accredited general practice in Burbank, California.

Location: 2723 W. Olive Avenue, Burbank, CA 91505

Compensation: $20.00 – 26.00, depending on experience.

In this position you will be supporting our Doctors and Technician team by creating a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our clients and patients. 

Skills you will be utilizing include, but are not limited to:

• Surgical Preparation

• Dentistry including extractions (licensed technicians only)

• Anesthetic Monitoring

• Patient Assessment

• Completing patient treatments in a timely manner

• Venipuncture & IV Catheter placement

• Radiology

• Pharmacy

• Patient Recovery

• Maintaining electronic medical records with accurate & detailed data

• Client communication & education

• Hospital maintenance

• Providing compassionate care and a home away from home for all pets in the hospital
