The Veterinary Hospital Receptionist Team (CSRs) provide a welcoming, efficient, and compassionate experience for clients and their pets. This role is the first point of contact for the hospital and is critical to creating a positive, lasting impression.
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly and provide excellent, expeditious service. Answer incoming calls: respond to client questions, screen service needs, and schedule appointments. Process check-ins/check-outs for pets, including handling payments. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, e-mails, and phone messages. Monitor the client waiting area to ensure a clean, comfortable, communicative environment. Document and maintain accurate client information, service data, and patient records in the hospital software system. Escalate complex or sensitive client concerns to senior staff or management.Minimum Requirements
At least 6 months of customer service or job-related experience. Strong communication and organizational skills. Bilingual candidates are a plus.Who We’re Looking For
