We are seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team.

Job Summary:

Our team is looking for a reliable self-starter, motivated by a challenging, fast-paced environment. Strong candidates will have supervisory experience, a positive attitude, a friendly demeanor towards both animals and people, will be detail oriented, have the ability to multi-task and can demonstrate the importance and understanding of high quality customer service. Under direction from the Hospital Manager and CSR Lead, the Client Service Representative performs a wide range of tasks, from administrative, financial, to quality patient care and excellent client service, while motivating their team.

Essential Functions:

Customer service functions, including: greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms

Scheduling and confirming appointments

Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients

Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments

Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions

Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care (i.e., heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea & tick control)

Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence

Schedule: Full-time, some weekends required.

Compensation: Pay range is $16 - 18 / hr and is determined by skill set and years of experience.
