Park Vet Group are recruiting for a Receptionist to join their team based at their Glenfield branch. In this role you will have the opportunity to enhance your customer service skills whilst working with a friendly and supportive team. This is a permanent position working 38hrs per week, 1 in 6 Saturday mornings and bank holidays on a rota

Booking appointments, operationsArriving clients for surgeriesDispensing medicationPhone and email queriesTaking paymentsBeing confident about discussing financePro-active communication between clients and colleagues to ensure the day runs smoothlyAdministration duties e.g. scanning paperwork, filling in forms and taking payments.
