Park Vet Group are recruiting for a Receptionist to join their team based at their Glenfield branch. In this role you will have the opportunity to enhance your customer service skills whilst working with a friendly and supportive team. This is a permanent position working 38hrs per week, 1 in 6 Saturday mornings and bank holidays on a rota + Booking appointments, operations + Arriving clients for surgeries + Dispensing medication + Phone and email queries + Taking payments + Being confident about discussing finance + Pro-active communication between clients and colleagues to ensure the day runs smoothly + Administration duties e.g. scanning paperwork, filling in forms and taking payments.
