Confederate Woods Veterinary Hospital is growing! We’re welcoming a new doctor to our team, and with this exciting expansion comes the opportunity to hire a compassionate and motivated Veterinary Nurse Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with restraint and care of dogs and cats Support treatments, procedures, and patient documentation Maintain cleanliness of treatment areas, kennels, and surgical suites Help with radiographs and laboratory tasks Track inventory and perform general administrative duties Provide compassionate care and comfort to all patients

What We’re Looking For

Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine love for animals Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and with a team Previous animal care experience is a plus, but not required Must be 18+ and a high school graduate (or equivalent)

Schedule

2 to 4 shifts per week Approximately 18–25 hours/week Flexibility required to meet hospital needs Monday to Friday only (closed weekends)

Compensation

Salary: Commensurate with experience
