We are currently seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our dedicated team. This is more than a front-desk position — it’s a vital role in ensuring our clients feel welcome, informed, and cared for from the moment they walk in.

What We're Looking For:

We’re seeking a personable, organized, and professional individual — a true “service extraordinaire” — who can deliver an exceptional client experience. You should be passionate about animals, enthusiastic about helping people, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where empathy, communication, and attention to detail are key.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism

Schedule appointments and manage client communications

Handle phone inquiries and triage basic questions

Process payments and maintain accurate client records

Support the medical team with administrative tasks as needed

Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a customer service role experience is a plus.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong multitasking and organizational abilities

Proficient in computer systems and scheduling software

Passion for animals and dedication to client care
