Veterinary Client Service Supervisor

VCA Laguna Niguel Animal Hospital is looking for a qualified, outgoing, organized, and experienced Veterinary Client Service Supervisor to extend unparalleled customer service to our clients and to support our medical and client service teams. This position is full-time (30-40 hours per week), and Saturdays may be required.

The ideal candidate will possess leadership experience, organizational skills, and exceptional customer service skills and will be able to lead VCA initiatives and supervise a small team. Duties include:

Opening/Closing HospitalManaging reportsManaging incoming and outgoing callsAppointment SchedulingTriageManaging client communicationsManaging medical recordsMaintaining the facilityStaff Scheduling (CSR Team)Training and Supervising CSRsHandling Wellness PlansInterfacing with ClientsConflict diffusion/resolutionAssist Medical Team as needed
